Cara pembuatan Thai Bubbles Tea
- Seduh teh tarik sachet dg air panas, lalu dinginkan.
- Dipanci, didihkan air lalu masukkan tapioka bubbles >> aduk sebentar agar tdk lengket & menyatu lalu biarkan. Masak dg api kecil saja lk 10 menit atau sampai berubah warna dari coklat menjadi hitam. Matikan api, biarkan sebentar.
- Diwadah lain taruh air matang dg suhu biasa, pindahkan bubbles yg dari panci ke wadah ini, aduk² lalu tiriskan.
- Siapkan gelas, taruh bubbles lalu siram dg teh tarik yg sudah mulai dingin tsb. Simpan dikulkas minimal 1 jam sblm disajikan. Selamat mencoba 💕.
