  2. Haluskan cabe merah, bawang merah, bawang putih, kunyit bakar dan jahe.
  3. Tuang sedikit minyak dlm wajan, kemudian tumis bawang bombay iris dan bumbu halus.
  4. Tambahkan daun salam, daun jeruk dan serai yg sdh digeprek.
  5. Biarkan hingga tumisan bumbu berbau harum.
  6. Masukkan ikan tuna, aduk sebentar, kemudian masukan air sebanyak 150 ml.
  7. Masak terus hingga air berkurang dan ikan matang.
  8. Setelah air berkurang, tambahkan garam, gula pasir, merica bubuk, totole, minyak wijen..aduk merata.
  9. Terakhir masukan daun bawang dan perasan lemon.
  10. Dicicipi terlebih dahulu, tambahkan bumbu secukupnya sesuai selera.
  11. Bila kuah sudah mengental, angkat.
  12. Disajikan hangat-hangat untuk lauk makan siang.
